Our Policies Regarding Senior and Infirm Dogs

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING IF YOUR LARGE BREED DOG IS 7+YEARS OLD AND YOUR SMALLER DOG IS 9+ YEARS OLD OR IF YOU HAVE A DOG WITH A CHRONIC MEDICAL CONDITION.

Laughing Dog Inn caters to our senior citizen dogs and dogs who have chronic illnesses. For all intents and purposes, large breeds are considered seniors at about 7+ years and small breeds at about 9 years. Older dogs and dogs with chronic medical conditions are understandably more fragile. In the event we determine your dog needs to be taken to the veterinarian it is important that we know what your wishes are as this will determine the level of care given.
